Posted by Mark Jones, 2 November 2008, 3:36 PM In a nerve wracking final race of the championship Gary Pegoraro blasted away from the grid to win the race and along with it the round at the Dave Potter Honda Australian Superkart Championship, while Darren Hossack had to overcome a slow start to claw back to third position to win the 20th Australian Superkart Championship by just three points over Sam Zavaglia.

Posted by Mark Jones, 2 November 2008, 12:47 PM Sam Zavaglia did the best he could for his chase of the Dave Potter Honda Australian Superkart Championship, racing the Stockman Superkarts Stockman-Yamaha to win Race 3. The win, coupled with Darren Hossack finishing the race in sixth position, has closed the championship fight to just five points.
