Australian abroad racer Carlo Chermaz has qualified sixth fastest for the third round of the European Superkart Championship this weekend at the legendary Ducth TT circuit at Assen.
Driving the factory supported Buildersmile Construction PVP he recorded a 1:39.130 lap time, to start on the third row of the grid. Pole position was taken by Gavin Bennett in the Anderson-DEA ahead of Damien Payart (PVP-FPE). New Australian Superkart Champion Sam Zavaglia is also present and driving an unfamiliar Anderson-PVP has qualified 33rd in the 55 kart field.
